Tyler Perry, who was a very close friend of Whitney Houston‘s, has been standing by Bobbi Kristina Brown‘s hospital bedside since she was admitted on Jan. 31. Everyone’s being told to “prepare for the worst,” according to a new report, but Tyler believes there may be hope for Bobbi.

“Tyler and Bobby Brown are both keeping hope alive for Bobbi Kristina and the minute she shows signs of tremendous improvement, Tyler wants her to immediately begin her recovery at his home,” a source tells HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY. Unfortunately, Bobbi Kristina, 21, is currently on a ventilator and new tests show that her brain function is “alarmingly low,” according to TMZ.

They’re both in a lot of pain right now and just trying to do anything to get Bobbi better,” our source adds.
