Peace and Love Academic Scholarship, Inc. (PALAS) awarding fifty-five (55) new scholarships to students in Jamaica for the 2013-2014 school year. PALAS awarded a total of 110 scholarships over the past 2 years. This year there are 16 High School and 39 University/Tertiary students.
