Vybz Kartel is back in his jail cell after a hospital visit early this morning.

Music News understands that the jailed deejay was taken to the Kingston Public Hospital after reportedly complaining about chest pains.

Kartel later left the hospital in handcuffs and was taken in a grey Nissan police motor vehicle.
