A WHITE police officer has sparked fury after he was filmed on video apparently manhandling a young black rapper.

A clip has emerged today showing the cop seizing the 12-year-old performer in a shopping centre in Atlanta and threatening to send him to jail. The boy called Corey Jackson is also known as young Rapper Lil C-Note.

Last year he appeared on the daytime chat show Ellen where his entrepreneurial spirit made him a hit with viewers. more
