WESTMORELAND, Jamaica — Twenty-nine-year-old Darfield Cummings, otherwise called ‘Tugs’, of McDonald Road, Lennox Bigwoods, Westmoreland, was shot dead during a dispute Saturday afternoon.
Reports from the Darliston police are that about 12:20 pm, Cummings was among a group of people when a dispute developed between him and another man. DEVELOPING STORY....
