KINGSTON, Jamaica -- Police have stepped up their presence in Caribbean Terrace, opposite Harbour View in east Kingston following a double murder in the seaside community Tuesday night.
Police report that at about 9:00pm Tuesday two men were attacked and shot dead by unknown assailants.
The two men up to Wednesday afternoon have still not been identified. more
