XLCR on the move: A big shout out to the Excelsior Manning Cup Team, including Coach Leebert Halliman and his staff for beating St Georges College in the Walker Cup semi-final yesterday.

A big shout out to the Excelsior Manning Cup Team, including Coach Leebert Halliman and his staff for beating St  Georges College in the Walker Cup semi-final yesterday. XLCR won 4-2 on penalties after a goalless full & extra time encounter.

Goalkeeper Jonah Morgan, also a track athlete at the school, was one of the standouts for XLCR as he saved 2 penalties in the shootout.

Now it's on to the Manning Cup semi-final on Saturday, against JC (whom they beat in the Walker Cup quarter finals last month). Wishing the team all the best in this encounter. The entire XLCR Community is rooting for a win.
