DONETSK, Ukraine:Jamaica's Rochelle Frazer will compete in the girls Shot Put final this morning at 9:45a.m. (Jamaica time), after a Qualifying Round throw of 15.72m inside the RSC Olympiyskiy, during the the morning session on the second day of the IAAF World Youth Championships here.
400m hurdler Andrenette Knight also booked a spot in a final, finishing second in her semi-final in 1:00.16. The girls 400m hurdles final will run of on Saturday at 10:50am (Jamaica time). Frazer, got her mark on her second attempt, placing her as the 12th qualifier to the finals. Turkey's Emel Dereli was the top quaifier with a 19.18m attempt. READ More....
